Job summary

Atrias is seeking a Senior Incident Analyst Team Lead to guide a second-line incident team handling CMS-related incidents and coordination with DGOs, suppliers, and IT vendors. The role emphasizes incident analysis, recovery actions, and knowledge transfer within an ITIL framework.

The team is projected to start with eight FTEs, with potential growth to thirteen, and requires 2+ days on-site weekly in Brussels. Strong English, Dutch or French skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident analysis and problem pre-analysis.
• Familiarity with ITIL or service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Explain functional/technical issues to customers and vendors.
• Analyze incidents and assess impact on Atrias systems and partners.
• Create and document workarounds for incidents.
• Organize knowledge transfer and maintain knowledge DB.
• Provide feedback to problem/change teams for recurring issues.
• Ensure procedures are followed and quality is maintained.
• Communicate with users in preferred language (French, Dutch or English).
• Apply energy MIG knowledge in incident handling context.
