Jan De Nul is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental efforts on our Feluy region projects. You will act as SPOC for HSE and ensure all on-site personnel and subcontractors comply with client and regulatory requirements.

You will develop HSE policies, monitor their implementation, coach workers, and coordinate with the QHSSE team and client to uphold high standards. Fluency in English and French is required, Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in environment, safety, construction or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience as a Prevention Advisor in construction.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Strong coaching, communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SPOC for HSE towards the client and report on site safety.
• Coordinate safety with subcontractors and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies and processes.
• Monitor policy implementation and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead project team members performing audits, inspections and admin tasks.
• Organize coaching sessions on critical topics and respond to client HSE audits.
