Jan De Nul Group is seeking an HSE Advisor for the Brussels region. You will implement and monitor the safety policy, work with site management, and ensure projects run safely and smoothly on prestigious civil projects including data centers, Defence HQ, and major connections.

You will conduct site tours, observe safety practices, and address safety issues diplomatically. The role requires a Level 2 Safety Advisor certification with at least 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in English

Qualifications

• Level 2 Safety Advisor certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in safety roles.
• Good command of English and French and safety procedures knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Monitor safety and progress of works through risk analyses and site inspections.
• Consult with site management, foremen, workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports, safety procedures and toolbox talks.
• Prepare project-specific safety documents (HSE plan, emergency plan, inspection/testing plan).
• Organise safety training sessions and lead safety meetings.
• Log and investigate on-site safety issues and incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate QHSSE audits and inspections.
