Jan De Nul is seeking an HSE Advisor for the Antwerp region to ensure safety across major civil projects. You will conduct site safety tours, enforce safety agreements, and lead risk analyses while coordinating with site management and subcontractors.

Required are a Level 2 safety advisor certification, 5+ years in construction, and fluent English and French with Dutch knowledge. The role offers varied days on-site and a strong safety-first culture.

• Excellent communication and social skills to interact with site teams.
• Ability to coach and guide others and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Monitor safety and progress of projects at various stages of implementation through risk analyses and safety inspections.
• Consult with site and project management and engage with foremen, workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports and develop safety procedures and toolbox meetings; prepare project-specific documents (HSE implementation plan, emergency plan, inspection and testing plan).
• Organize safety training sessions and log incidents in the platform; investigate accidents and follow up on corrective actions.
