Jan De Nul Group is looking for an HSE Manager for the Charleroi/Mons region. In this role, you will ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction projects, acting as the main point of contact for clients and overseeing implementation of HSE policies. You will lead a team and ensure all site operations adhere to the established standards.

This position requires 8+ years of relevant experience and strong communication skills in Dutch and French, along with the ability to adapt to changing conditions and engage effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Prevention Advisor (HSE professional).
• Good command of English.
• Ability to coach and guide others effectively.

Responsabilités

• Act as the main point of contact for HSE matters on site.
• Communicate with subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Monitor implementation of HSE policies and processes.
