Ariad is seeking a Senior Project Manager | HRIS & Digital Transformation to lead a strategic HR transformation programme. You will coordinate HRIS implementation activities, support programme governance and partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure data continuity across markets.

This role offers hybrid working with senior stakeholder exposure and a clear path through a major HR platform rollout. You should bring proven PM or HRIS lead experience, ideally in HR transformation, and strong data

Qualifications

• Experience as a PM, Programme Manager or HRIS Implementation Lead.
• Experience in HR industry or people transformation programmes is a strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in HRIS implementations, governance, stakeholder management and programme delivery.
• Experience with Workday implementations is highly valued; other HRIS platforms welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate HRIS implementation activities across multiple workstreams.
• Support programme leadership and governance activities.
• Ensure data continuity and data readiness throughout transformation.
• Prepare status reports and governance documentation for leadership.
• Engage with HR, Finance, IT and external partners to drive delivery.
