Ariad is supporting a global HRIS implementation and digital transformation initiative. We seek a proactive Senior Project Manager to coordinate HRIS activities, engage stakeholders across HR, Finance and IT, and safeguard data continuity throughout the transformation journey.

You will partner with senior leaders in a complex, international environment, ensuring governance, risk management and timely delivery of workstreams while aligning with strategic HR technology goals.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted partner to the Programme Manager for day-to-day HR transformation coordination.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT and external partners to ensure programme progress.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards and governance documentation for leadership.
• Coordinate Steering Committee presentations and strategic programme updates.
• Support data governance, data readiness and data continuity in HRIS implementation.
• Contribute as Data Lead to ensure HR data quality and consistency.
• Identify risks and blockers and propose mitigations.
• Promote best practices in project management and HR systems implementation.

Our client is looking for a proactive, structured and results-oriented Senior Project Manager | HRIS & Digital Transformation to support a strategic HR transformation programme. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating HRIS implementation activities, supporting programme leadership, ensuring workstream progress and helping to safeguard data continuity throughout the transformation journey.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, external partners and senior stakeholders while contributing to one of the most significant HR technology initiatives within the organisation. What you will be doing:

• Act as a trusted partner and right hand to the Programme Manager in the day-to-day coordination of the HR transformation programme.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support functional subject matter experts and facilitate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT and other business teams.
• Track programme progress and maintain accurate information within Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and governance documentation for leadership teams.
• Coordinate and prepare Steering Committee presentations and strategic programme updates.
• Support data governance, data readiness and data continuity activities throughout the HRIS implementation.
• Contribute as Data Lead alongside the Programme Manager to ensure quality and consistency of HR data.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential blockers, and proactively propose mitigation actions.
• Promote best practices in project management, governance and HR systems implementation.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in HR Technology, HRIS implementation and digital transformation.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager or HRIS Implementation Lead.
• Experience within the HR industry or people transformation programmes is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in HRIS implementations, project governance, stakeholder management and programme delivery.
• Experience with Workday implementations is highly valued. Experience with other HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, AFAS or similar solutions is also welcomed.
• Knowledge of data management, data migration, data quality or data continuity within transformation projects.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and to present complex information in a clear and structured way.
• Strong organisational, planning and reporting skills.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work successfully in evolving project environments.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
