Ariad is seeking a strategic Portfolio Manager to oversee governance, prioritisation and delivery across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivery leads and business units to align priorities with organisational goals and available capacity.

You will shape investment decisions, monitor portfolio health and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, transparency and value delivery across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Portfolio Manager, PMO Lead or similar role.
• Experience in complex organisations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate information into practical recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Develop and improve portfolio governance frameworks.
• Create visibility across initiatives, show priorities and progress.
• Support capacity planning to ensure effective resource use.
• Facilitate prioritisation discussions and informed investment decisions.
• Monitor portfolio health and provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Identify risks, constraints and cross-functional dependencies.
• Align initiatives with business goals and priorities with stakeholders.
• Produce portfolio reporting for leadership updates.
• Suggest improvements for efficiency, transparency and accountability.
• Contribute to evolving portfolio management practices.
