Résumé du poste

Ariad is seeking a Business Process Analyst for a client, focusing on BPMN process modelling and hands-on delivery across HR, Finance and IT.

You will own parallel analyses, facilitate workshops with stakeholders, and drive improvements to ensure practical IT-enabled solutions while maintaining momentum across multiple topics.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process modelling using BPMN.
  • Proven experience running multiple analyses simultaneously for cross-functional stakeholders (HR, Business, Finance, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with IT teams and understanding how process improvements translate into IT tools and systems.
  • A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with strong ownership of your projects.
  • Comfortable managing several topics in parallel and switching between them easily.

Responsabilités

  • Take ownership of several parallel analyses, most of them for cross-functional teams (HR, Business, Finance, etc.).
  • Lead preliminary (Q4) analyses to scope and frame new process improvement initiatives.
  • Own and drive projects yourself through to completion, rather than passing them on to someone else.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders across different functions.
  • Model and document business processes using BPMN.
  • Liaise with IT teams whenever improvement initiatives involve or depend on IT tools and systems.
  • Move fluidly between different topics and priorities without losing momentum.
  • Stay close to the operational, hands-on side of the business rather than spreading focus too thin across too many parallel subjects.
  • Bring pragmatic, actionable solutions rather than purely theoretical recommendations.
