Ariad is seeking a Senior Project Manager | HRIS & Digital Transformation to lead a strategic HR transformation programme. You will coordinate HRIS implementation activities, support programme governance and partner with HR, Finance and IT to ensure data continuity across markets.

This role offers hybrid working with senior stakeholder exposure and a clear path through a major HR platform rollout. You should bring proven PM or HRIS lead experience, ideally in HR transformation, and strong data

Qualifications

• Experience as a PM, Programme Manager or HRIS Implementation Lead.
• Experience in HR industry or people transformation programmes is a strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in HRIS implementations, governance, stakeholder management and programme delivery.
• Experience with Workday implementations is highly valued; other HRIS platforms welcomed.

Our client is looking for a proactive, structured and results-oriented Senior Project Manager | HRIS & Digital Transformation to support a strategic HR transformation programme. In this role, you will play a key role in coordinating HRIS implementation activities, supporting programme leadership, ensuring workstream progress and helping to safeguard data continuity throughout the transformation journey.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, IT, external partners and senior stakeholders while contributing to one of the most significant HR technology initiatives within the organisation. What you will be doing:

• Act as a trusted partner and right hand to the Programme Manager in the day-to-day coordination of the HR transformation programme.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support functional subject matter experts and facilitate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT and other business teams.
• Track programme progress and maintain accurate information within Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards and governance documentation for leadership teams.
• Coordinate and prepare Steering Committee presentations and strategic programme updates.
• Support data governance, data readiness and data continuity activities throughout the HRIS implementation.
• Contribute as Data Lead alongside the Programme Manager to ensure quality and consistency of HR data.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential blockers, and proactively propose mitigation actions.
• Promote best practices in project management, governance and HR systems implementation.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in HR Technology, HRIS implementation and digital transformation.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Programme Manager or HRIS Implementation Lead.
• Experience within the HR industry or people transformation programmes is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong expertise in HRIS implementations, project governance, stakeholder management and programme delivery.
• Experience with Workday implementations is highly valued. Experience with other HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, AFAS or similar solutions is also welcomed.
• Knowledge of data management, data migration, data quality or data continuity within transformation projects.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and to present complex information in a clear and structured way.
• Strong organisational, planning and reporting skills.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset and the ability to work successfully in evolving project environments.
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch, English and French.
