NextLink Group is seeking a Senior HR Technology Platform Architect to serve as the architectural authority bridging Talent/HR with Corporate Communications and enterprise teams. You will govern the HR tech ecosystem, define target-state architecture, and shape transformation roadmaps across talent acquisition, learning and employee experience domains.

The role focuses on integration, data architecture, and API design, ensuring scalable, secure, and interoperable platform ecosystems with

Qualifications

Must have hands-on architectural and/or integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong knowledge of Phenom.
Experience with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence/dataplatforms.
Experience designing end-to-end platform ecosystems and multi-system integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs, data architecture, integration architecture and data-flow design.
Experience governing complex HR technology ecosystems.
Ability to define target-state architecture and transformation roadmaps.
Experience working with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Employee Experience domains.
Strong stakeholder management and vendor management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical and architectural solutions.
Experience creating architecture documentation, integration views and data-flow visualizations.
Excellent command of English.
