Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow architecture and administration.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB modules.
• Strong Power Platform experience: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse.
• REST/SOAP integration and data modeling knowledge.
• ITIL 4 knowledge and governance experience.
• Platform security, compliance, and governance knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Low-Code solutions using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Lead architecture and design activities for Low-Code applications, modules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solution designs.
• Define platform architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, release planning, feature adoption, and instance strategy.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Low-Code Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise Low-Code solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong focus on solution architecture, platform governance, integrations, security, and stakeholder engagement.

As a trusted technical leader, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while driving platform adoption and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Low-Code solutions using ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar platforms.
• Lead architecture and design activities for Low-Code applications, modules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Define and maintain platform architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrades, release planning, feature adoption, and instance strategy.
• Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Design and implement integrations with enterprise applications using APIs, REST, SOAP, and data federation patterns.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit requirements through effective platform controls.
• Maintain Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) alignment.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for platform performance, availability, and service quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
• Evaluate emerging platform capabilities and recommend enhancements based on business value.

Required Skills & Experience

ServiceNow Expertise

• Strong experience with ServiceNow architecture and administration.
• Expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• HRSD
• CMDB

OR Power Platform Expertise

• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Power Virtual Agents
• Dataverse

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of REST, SOAP, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS architecture.
• Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Visual Studio, Eclipse, or similar development environments.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance standards.

Additional Knowledge

• ITIL 4 or strong IT Service Management knowledge.
• Platform governance, release management, and upgrade planning.
• CMDB and CSDM best practices.
• Enterprise architecture and solution design methodologies.

Certifications (Mandatory)

Candidates must hold one of the following certifications (or equivalent):

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA)
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
