Mercor is seeking senior HR professionals to craft evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. The role spans two tracks (US and International) with emphasis on compliance and large-scale workforce programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading HR initiatives, direct ownership of talent or compensation programs, and familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an HR leader or CHRO or senior HR executive in a large organization or consulting firm.
• Direct ownership of talent programs, employee relations matters, or compensation design.
• Fluency with HR tooling and employment-law applications.

Responsabilités

• Design HR scenarios for evaluation across talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation.
• Create reference outputs and rubrics that reflect senior HR judgment.
• Develop policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and org-design proposals.
