Job summary

NVISO Security in Belgium is seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join the HR team as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You will coach managers, lead HR projects, and support the employee lifecycle across the organisation.

You will act as the internal Prevention Advisor, ensure wellbeing compliance, and apply Belgian labour laws with autonomy and collaboration across teams. Fluency in English plus French or Dutch is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 3 years of strong experience as HR Consultant; wellbeing, performance, or learning and development expertise preferred.
• Willing to obtain internal Prevention Advisor qualification in Belgium.
• Experience with Belgian wellbeing legislation is a strong asset.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and coach to managers and leadership on a broad range of HR topics.
• Be a strategic sparring partner understanding the organisation and translating it into HR advice.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding.
• Lead and contribute to company-wide HR projects and change initiatives.
• Act as internal Prevention Advisor for NVISO Belgium and ensure wellbeing requirements are met.
