EY Belgium is seeking a Senior Consultant in People Consulting to lead AI-driven HR initiatives. You will focus on designing and delivering AI-enabled changes, helping clients improve performance, decision-making, and employee experience while balancingAutomation with Human touch.

You will engage with clients, manage stakeholders, and drive HR transformations across multiple projects, contributing to EY’s growth and global impact.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years professional experience in Program management, consulting, and/or in the Financial sector.
• Knowledge of AI applications, preferably in HR and HR technologies.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive AI in HR projects focusing on design and delivery, balancing Automation and Human Touch.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and goals related to AI adoption.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans to ensure buy-in and support for AI initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights from employees.
• Build client capabilities in adopting AI and invest in training and upskilling.
• Provide ongoing coaching to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate impact of initiatives with feedback for improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change initiatives with other processes.
• Prepare compelling proposals to showcase EY’s expertise.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
