Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Consultant to own functional workstreams in global transformation projects. You will mentor teams, manage milestones, and ensure client satisfaction while driving growth and cost reductions.

You will help design future-state planning organisations, run client workshops, and collaborate across workstreams to align stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on, results-driven approach and willingness to travel internationally within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in (business) engineering or economics; MBA is a plus.
• 4–8 years in supply chain & operations, with at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
• Experience with planning activities and hands-on with OMP or Kinaxis or other Advanced Planning Systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player focused on delivering transformation, growth, and innovation.
• Willingness to travel globally and to work in a hybrid model.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects and manage deliverables and milestones.
• Coach and support Bluecrux colleagues and client teams, mentoring consultants within the workstream.
• Follow up within your workstream to ensure client satisfaction.
• Contribute to supply chain transformation initiatives to drive growth and reduce costs.
• Co-create and design future-state planning organisation and processes at process and organisational levels.
• Prepare and facilitate client workshops to identify needs and design solutions.
• Collaborate with other workstreams for stakeholder alignment and impactful delivery.
• Provide guidance through implementation and contribute hands-on alongside the client.
• Work as one integrated project team with Bluecrux, client, and tool provider.
• Create internal impact by taking on additional roles such as coaching, content development, or commercial contributions.
