Job summary

Bluecrux is seeking a Logistics Operations Consulting Manager to lead end-to-end transformation programs in supply chain operations. You will design scoping, governance, and delivery plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring momentum.

You will translate strategic objectives into practical improvements across processes, systems and operating models, while building relationships with senior stakeholders and coaching team members. The role offers hybrid work and global client exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain operations or transformation with project or program management capabilities.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience, including 4–5 years in consulting.
• Understanding of how consulting projects are shaped, delivered, and implemented.
• Solid supply chain transformation experience; logistics, transportation, warehousing, and distribution valued.
• Lead projects involving multiple functions, stakeholders, workstreams, and dependencies.
• Combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and structured judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics and supply operations projects and transformation programs from scoping to implementation.
• Define project plans, governance, workstreams, deliverables, and ways of working.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical improvements across processes, systems, organization, and operating models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align multiple workstreams around a shared vision.
• Build a complete picture by connecting insights from different functions and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide important decisions.
• Ensure recommendations and deliverables are structured, actionable, and relevant to decision-makers.
• Support proposals, account development, and new business opportunities.
