Bluecrux is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Transformation & Design Lead to own a portfolio of planning transformation initiatives and to lead a consultants squad. The role combines deep planning expertise with leadership and commercial acumen to redesign how clients plan and run their supply chains, with a focus on growth in the South region (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or supply chain transformation.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain planning.
• Proven ability to lead teams and guide complex transformation efforts.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior audiences.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
• Driver's license or willingness to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of transformation initiatives from design through implementation.
• Drive planning design and structure complex problems across demand, supply, S&OP/IBP, inventory, network.
• Enable delivery through coaching and development of consultants.
• Build trusted client relationships as a senior advisor to stakeholders.
• Contribute to business growth and planning ecosystem partnerships.
• Bridge planning design with enabling tools through collaboration with architects and partners.
