Bluecrux is seeking a Senior Client Manager for Supply Chain Transformations to develop and expand client relationships. You will work with delivery teams to drive impact, grow accounts, and translate client needs into value-driven planning solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years in supply chain consulting, a master’s degree, and a commercial mindset. You will travel globally and operate in a hybrid work model with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Around 8–10 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or related commercial consulting.
• Master’s degree required; strong academic background preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships and driving account growth.
• Solid knowledge of planning (S&OP, IBP, demand/supply, inventory).
• Familiar with planning tools such as Anaplan, Kinaxis, o9 and SAP IBP.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow a portfolio of clients with long-term relationships and commercial accountability.
• Drive account expansion by identifying and translating client needs into opportunities.
• Sell end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives and lead or support sales cycles.
• Act as the main commercial contact for clients and guide planning journeys.
• Collaborate with on-site delivery teams to uncover growth opportunities and ensure alignment.
• Translate client needs into clear value propositions and scalable planning solutions.
• Support proposals, workshops, and client discussions to articulate impact.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with proactive follow-ups to sustain momentum.
• Contribute to lead generation and selectively open new accounts.
