Bluecrux is seeking a Logistics Operations Consulting Manager to drive end-to-end transformation programs across global client engagements. You will shape scoping, design and delivery, aligning cross-functional teams and stakeholders to robust operating models and measurable outcomes.

You will lead complex transformations, build client relationships, and identify new opportunities while coaching teams and contributing to proposals. A hybrid work model and travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience, ideally including 4–5 years in consulting.
• Strong experience in supply chain transformation and operations.
• Ability to lead multi-functional projects with stakeholders across functions.
• Masters or equivalent in engineering, SCM, economics or business.
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
• Valid driver's license or plan to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Lead logistics and supply operations transformation programs from scoping to implementation.
• Define project plans, governance, workstreams, deliverables and ways of working.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical improvements across processes and operating models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep workstreams aligned with the shared vision.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide key decisions.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to proposals and account development.
