mateco is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to shape and roll out pricing strategy across multiple countries, bridging pricing, data, IT and commercial teams. You will perform advanced data analyses, develop pricing models and translate insights into practical guidance for local markets.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in pricing or analytics, with strong communication skills and fluency in English. Hybrid work with remote days and an attractive salary package awaits.

Qualifications

Master degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or related field.
5+ years in pricing, analytics, revenue management or related analytics.
Strong data analysis and price modelling skills.
Experience in international or complex business environments.
Experience with pricing tools and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and hands-on approach.
Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

Perform advanced data analysis to support pricing strategy, margin optimization and commercial decision-making.
Apply regression analysis and statistical modelling to identify pricing drivers, demand elasticity and customer behavior.
Develop, refine and maintain scalable pricing models.
Translate complex analyses into clear insights, documentation and practical guidance for business stakeholders.
Partner with IT teams to define business requirements for pricing tools, system enhancements and data integrations.
Support and onboarding country teams to new pricing frameworks, tools and methodologies.
Guide local teams through changes in pricing ways of working, ensuring consistent and correct application.
