Responsibilities include analyzing frontend-backend integration points, evaluating component interconnections, and coordinating with Product Owner and Architect in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of stakeholder management and business analysis in insurance.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and French, with passive Dutch knowledge.

Our client, a leading organization in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The role focuses on translating complex requirements into actionable IT specifications within a diverse application landscape.

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for the IT development teams.
• Analyze the application landscape to define requirements for frontend integrations with various backend systems.
• Assess how different application components interconnect to ensure accurate and holistic technical analysis.
• Prepare and provide support for testing activities to validate the quality of the team's deliverables.
• Facilitate clear communication and interaction between the Product Owner, Architect, and development teams in an Agile environment.

• 8+ years of experience in Stakeholder Management and functional business analysis.
• Extensive experience in insurance business analysis and domain-specific processes.
• Strong understanding of Application Architecture and the interconnection of software components.
• Proven experience working within an Agile methodology (Scrum).
• Possess a leadership mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English and French with passive knowledge of Dutch.
