Cegeka is seeking a Senior Functional Analyst to lead requirements analysis and drive cross-domain dependencies in a regulated, digital transformation program. You will define API contracts, model functional data flows, and mentor junior analysts while supporting agile product delivery.

The role requires strong domain modelling, experience with REST/OpenAPI, and fluency in Dutch+English or French+English, with minimum two days onsite per week in Brussels region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in senior or lead analysis roles.
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering and process modelling.
• Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and data modelling.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Dutch + English or French + English (mandatory).

We are seeking a Senior Functional Analyst who can lead requirements analysis activities, manage complex cross-domain dependencies, and help establish analysis best practices while supporting successful product delivery.
