Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Geel site Finance team. You will act as a trusted finance partner, translating complex data into actionable insights and influencing site performance decisions.

Reporting to the Plant Controller, you will drive planning, forecasting, cost management, and manufacturing cost analyses, partnering with cross-functional teams to enable strategic investments and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years of finance experience in a multinational environment; manufacturing/pharma preferred.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, planning and reporting capabilities.
• Proven business partnering skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or similar ERP knowledge.
• Experience with TM1, Anaplan, and BI tools like Alteryx/Power BI/Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Serve as trusted finance partner to site leaders with forward-looking analyses.
• Own financial performance management for assigned areas (OPEX, absorption, headcount).
• Lead annual planning, quarterly updates, and risk/opportunity assessments.
• Coordinate quarterly close and management reporting with clear variance explanations.
• Support investment decisions with financial modelling and business cases.
• Contribute to standard cost processes and cost improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on site initiatives and productivity.
