Johnson & Johnson in Belgium seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Consolidations, to join the international Consolidations team. The role supports monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across four regions and collaborates with regional finance teams.

The ideal candidate holds a finance‑related degree, is pursuing a professional accounting qualification, and has 4–6 years of experience in finance and reporting, IFRS/US GAAP familiarity, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification or progression towards qualification.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or consolidation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools; good communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes including intercompany eliminations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages for management and statutory purposes.
• Perform variance analysis and explain consolidated results clearly.
• Help establish best‑in‑class consolidation processes and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to ensure timely submissions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
