Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team at our Geel manufacturing site. You will partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, performance management, and disciplined investment decisions.

This role translates complex operational data into actionable insights, supporting cost competitiveness and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics required.
• 3–6 years of finance experience in a multinational environment preferred.
• Strong analysis, planning, forecasting and reporting capabilities; link operational drivers to financial outcomes.
• Proven business partnering skills; ability to influence stakeholders and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience with cost accounting, internal controls and capital investment analysis is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or similar ERP experience; familiarity with TM1/Anaplan or BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to functional leaders, providing forward-looking analysis and clear insights.
• Own financial performance management for assigned business areas including OPEX, absorption and headcount.
• Lead planning and forecasting cycles, including annual plan and quarterly updates with robust assumptions.
• Coordinate quarterly close and management reporting with clear variance explanations and recommendations.
• Support investment decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Contribute to standard cost processes and provide insights on product cost and variances.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on site initiatives, transformation programs and productivity opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization and automation of finance processes and reporting.
