Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Finance Manager to support the Manufacturing & Technical Operations of Innovative Medicine (IM) Supply Chain. This role can be located at multiple sites including Beerse, Cork, and other locations, with capacity to operate across time zones.

The role leads design and implementation of future-state finance processes, data and tech to enable advanced COGS analytics, partnering with site finance and IMFT leadership to drive key decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications preferred
• Experience in an Innovative Medicine manufacturing facility preferred
• Minimum 5 years of finance or related experience required
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad up to 20%
• Role may be posted under different requisition numbers to meet local requirements

Responsabilités

• Represent site finance in IMFT design and deployment of future-state processes and data
• Utilize ERP and financial systems to influence COGS analytics capabilities
• Champion opportunities to simplify and automate financial processes
• Recommend scalable solutions meeting business requirements
• Assess change management needs for implementation
• Coordinate with IMFT Finance leadership as liaison to advance milestones
• Be primary liaison between site finance and IMFT teams
• Lead cross-site coordination to align business requirements and identify gaps
