Job summary

You will oversee ideation, planning, execution, manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships across facilities, real estate, engineering, and project controls to ensure on-time, within-budget results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from conception to closeout.
• Coordinate with project controls, design, and construction teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with CAR-T and Innovative Medicine stakeholders to align investments with priorities.
• Drive standard methodologies and continuous improvement across regions.
• Mentor leaders and build a strong leadership pipeline.
• Engage with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
