Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Beerse location seeks a Senior Finance Manager to support the Innovative Medicine manufacturing network. The role drives future-state finance processes, data and technology solutions and partners with IMFT and site finance leaders to deliver advanced COGS analytics and performance insights.
You will help design standard costing, budgeting and financial reporting across global sites, coordinating CFO level updates and ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
- MBA/CPA/CMA or other financial certifications are preferred
- 5+ years of finance or related business experience required
- Experience with innovative medicine manufacturing facilities is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to operate across time zones
Responsibilities
- Represent site finance in IMFT design and deployment of future-state processes, data and technology solutions
- Influence end-state COGS analytics capabilities using ERP and planning tools
- Champion opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes
- Recommend scalable solutions meeting business requirements across sites
- Assess change management requirements for implementation plans
- Coordinate with IMFT and IMSC Finance leadership for executive updates
- Lead coordination across all Innovative Medicine sites to align on business requirements
