Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance transformation solutions across the region. You may be based in Belgium, Netherlands, or UK and will work 3 days per week from a J&J office.

You will lead end-to-end deployment for SAP Finance / S/4HANA, manage governance, and coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure value realization and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience leading large-scale ERP deployments and finance tech teams.
• 14+ years in SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance with 3+ years in S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Technical expertise in S/4 HANA, Central Finance, Deployment & Cutover, Data Migration, Governance and Process Definition.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and other systems.
• Manage cutover, hypercare, and stabilization activities.
• Engage stakeholders to align deployment strategies and ensure adoption.
• Partner with global teams and vendors to deliver on schedule and scope.
