Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive end-to-end deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance technology across the EMEA/NA/APAC region.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP Finance platforms, deployment methods, and change management, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office) across Belgium, the Netherlands, or the UK setting.

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred of leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, and/or finance technology teams.
• 14+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with deployment management, data migration, governance, and risk controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment planning and execution for finance transformation programs across regions.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.
