Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Technology Deployment Leader to drive the IM Transcend program. The role can be located in Beerse, Belgium or Titusville, NJ, and requires extensive SAP S/4 HANA deployment and global program experience.

You will partner with senior supply chain leaders to harmonize ERP processes, manage the product backlog, and ensure SDLC compliance while delivering cross‑functional value across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years in product or program delivery.
• Deep SAP ERP and pharma industry knowledge essential.
• Proven ability to lead product backlogs and align stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establish deployment roadmaps to deliver value for assigned product/platform.
• Balance value with feasibility; prioritize features and optimize cost.
• Refine backlog with technical features and epics for operations.
• Support Product Owners and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Engineers to manage risks.
• Drive automation and performance testing, ensure non-functional testing.
• Lead end-to-end build alignment for compliant solutions.
• Plan and execute technical testing and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure SDLC documentation and compliance activities are up to date.
• Measure capabilities against demand and drive improvements.
• Build partnerships with business stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Partner with Technology Services on software engineering approaches.
