Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive the deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance transformation solutions across regions. Based in Belgium, Netherlands, or UK, you’ll work three days per week from a J&J office.

You will lead end-to-end deployment for SAP Finance/S4HANA, coordinate cross-functional integrations, and guide a global team of finance technology professionals through large-scale transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, and/or finance technology teams.
• 14+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs, with a minimum of 3 years in S/4HANA implementations.
• Technical expertise in S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, Deployment and Cutover Management, SAP BTP, Systems Integration, Data Migration, Governance, Technology, and Process Definition.
• Financial accounting knowledge is crucial.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs across the region.
• Coordinate and govern end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and external systems.
• Develop and manage deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization plans.
• Partner with business leaders and deployment teams to align strategies and ensure adoption.
• Establish governance frameworks, monitor risks, dependencies and compliance.
