Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to steer deployment, integration, and adoption of Finance transformation solutions across the region. Based in Belgium, Netherlands, or UK, you will work three days per week in an office, coordinating end-to-end SAP Finance/S4HANA programs with global standards and local needs.

You will lead a global team, ensure data integrity, manage cutover plans, and drive organizational change while collaborating with SI

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred leading large ERP deployments, transformation programs, or finance tech teams.
• 14+ years of SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance experience with large deployments.
• Technical expertise in S/4 HANA, deployment management, data migration, and governance.
• Strong finance knowledge and ability to drive cross-functional change.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, HR and external systems.
• Develop cutover, hypercare, and go-live readiness plans.
• Engage stakeholders to align deployment strategies and adoption.
• Establish governance, monitor risks, dependencies and controls.
• Partner with global teams and SI partners to deliver on schedule.
• Co-lead a global team of finance technology professionals.
