Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager Finance IT Deployment & Integration Lead to drive end-to-end deployment of Finance transformation solutions across the region. The role can be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, or the UK, with a 3-day-per-week office presence.

You will lead a team across Finance technology, deployment, and integration, ensuring governance, data integrity, and successful go-live readiness for SAP Finance / S/4HANA programs.

Qualifications

• 20+ years preferred of relevant experience leading large-scale ERP deployments, transformation programs, and/or finance technology teams.
• 14+ years of relevant functional experience with SAP ECC6 FI/CO, S/4 HANA Finance, Central Finance, and enterprise deployment programs with 3+ years in S/4 HANA implementations.
• Technical expertise: S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, Deployment & Cutover Management, SAP BTP, Systems Integration, Data Migration, Governance, and Process Definition.
• Financial accounting knowledge is crucial.
• Experience in ERP deployments across finance, supply chain, and related domains is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead deployment planning and execution for Finance transformation programs.
• Coordinate end-to-end integration across Finance, Supply Chain, and other systems.
• Develop and manage deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization plans.
• Engage with business leaders and deployment teams to align strategies and ensure adoption.
• Establish deployment governance, monitor risks, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Partner with global program teams to deliver activities on schedule and within scope.
• Co-lead a global team of finance technology and deployment professionals.
