Job summary

Novartis Manufacturing NV is seeking a Site REFS Lead to provide leadership, governance, and performance management for the integrated facility management program at our Belgian site. The role focuses on building and managing facilities, infrastructure, and services, while driving cost savings and continuous improvement.

You will oversee vendor relationships, ensure contract compliance, manage budgets, and maintain regulatory standards (GxP, HSE).

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in service environments.
• Pharmaceutical facility experience.
• Knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulations.
• Vendor and financial management.
• Stakeholder management and analytical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement short- and long-term strategies for the site management program.
• Lead and motivate site teams and stakeholders to drive performance.
• Manage strategic facility service partners, ensuring compliance, quality and cost control.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and translate strategy into operational plans.
• Monitor KPIs across quality, safety, cost and customer satisfaction; drive corrective actions.
