Novartis Manufacturing NV is seeking an experienced HSE Business Partner for its Puurs Aseptic Site to ensure regulatory compliance and technical HSE excellence. The role focuses on risk assessments, documentation accuracy, and strengthening HSE processes without people management responsibilities.

You will support operational teams, lead CAPA efforts, deliver HSE training, and coordinate environmental reporting to meet Belgian and EU standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Dutch required; French is an asset.
• Certified Safety Advisor (Level 1 or 2) mandatory in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with Belgian and EU HSE regulations and permits.
• Maintain and improve HSE management system and documentation.
• Prepare site for inspections, audits and regulatory reviews.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections and verify safety controls.
• Lead incident and near-miss reporting and investigations.
