POLITICO is seeking a Senior Marketing & Audience Manager to lead the event audience team and drive integrated marketing campaigns across Europe for POLITICO Live. You will grow registrations and craft amplification strategies before, during, and after events, engaging diverse policy-focused audiences in French, British, Spanish, and EU circles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in events marketing or audience development.
• Proven team management experience.
• Hands-on event promotion with a creative mindset.
• Strong knowledge of social media, email, CRM and digital marketing.
• Excellent copywriting and project management skills.
• Data-driven with ability to measure and optimize campaigns.
• Fluent English; French and/or Spanish a plus.
• Experience in media, policy, journalism or political events is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead the event audience team and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Drive registrations and attendance for each event.
• Lead event amplification across channels before, during and after events.
• Develop campaigns across email, CRM, social media, newsletters and other POLITICO channels.
• Segment, target and engage audiences using CRM and event tools.
• Track performance and use data to improve results.
• Collaborate with Events, Marketing, Editorial and Commercial teams.
