POLITICO is seeking a Production Associate for its Europe events team to help plan and execute high-profile live journalism events across Europe. You will work closely with the Executive Director for production and operations, editors, sales, marketing, design and external partners to keep complex projects on track and deliver on policy-focused events.

• 2+ years of experience in event management and/or production or related field.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Support the production and execution of high-caliber POLITICO Live events across Europe.
• Coordinate event logistics including timelines, budgets and operational details.
• Assist with venue coordination, AV requirements, creative assets, budgeting and marketing deliverables.
• Partner with editorial, sales, marketing, design and operations, plus external vendors, speakers and clients.
• Maintain project timelines, schedules, agendas and planning documents; provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Support process improvements to enhance team workflows and event operations.
• Stay informed on event industry trends and production best practices.
