POLITICO is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to support our subscribers and collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams from our Europe HQ in Brussels.

You will handle inbound requests, onboard new customers, and monitor engagement to maximize product adoption and retention across multilingual EU markets. A strong customer service mindset and 1–2 years in related roles are expected, with flexible work options including remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer success, sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
• BA/BS preferred.
• Excellent communication and client service ethic.
• Languages: English plus French, Spanish, Italian, German.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound requests and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues swiftly.
• Onboard new customers through end-user customization and adoption.
• Monitor engagement, usage reports and health scores to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
• Build and nurture strong relationships to improve retention.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to support expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, service partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
