Job summary

DRIVECO is seeking a Senior Network Development Manager to accelerate our Belgian charging network growth from Brussels. You will identify and secure high-potential real estate sites, negotiate complex agreements, and build long-term partnerships with key players in the Belgian retail and CRE sectors.

With 8+ years of relevant experience, you will autonomously manage end-to-end development cycles, coordinate with internal teams, and drive successful site deployments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in CRE, property development, land acquisition, asset management, or complex business development.
• Proven origination, prospecting, and negotiation with ability to close complex sales.
• Experience managing strategic accounts autonomously with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial structuring for long-term contracts and partnerships.
• Ability to balance profitability with feasibility; collaborate with Investment team.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian CRE and retail ecosystem; build market relationships.
• Share expertise to develop team members; capable in fast-growing environments.
• Results-driven, resilient, and able to operate in a demanding setting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and negotiate new real estate opportunities for DRIVECO charging stations in line with investment criteria.
• Develop your network of decision-makers and implement prospecting strategies to open new accounts in Belgium.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving strategic accounts, tenders, long decision processes and senior decision-makers; build tailored proposals with business cases.
• Develop relationships with market players including real estate companies, owners, brokers, developers, asset managers and retailers.
• Identify decision-makers and implement strategy to move opportunities through pipeline to close deals.
• Manage strategic accounts end-to-end from prospecting to site commissioning of charging stations.
• Contribute to negotiating framework agreements and partnerships across Belgium with major real estate, retail and mobility players.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, profitability and successful project execution.
• Maintain understanding of Belgian market and identify trends and new development opportunities.
