DRIVECO in Brussels leads the growth of a Belgian charging network. You will identify opportunities, negotiate locations and manage partnerships with real estate and retail players to expand charging coverage.

The role requires driving end-to-end development from prospecting through contract signing and commissioning, coordinating with Legal, Investment and Deployment teams for successful projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in real estate, development, or complex business development.
• Proven origination, prospecting and commercial negotiation with ability to close deals.
• Strong negotiation and structuring skills for long-term contracts and partnerships.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify and negotiate new real estate opportunities for DRIVECO charging stations.
• Develop a network of decision-makers and secure attractive locations across Belgium.
• Manage end-to-end development cycles from prospecting to contract signature and commissioning.
• Build relationships with real estate owners, brokers, retailers and mobility operators.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility, profitability and project execution.
