Hager Group Belgium in Groot-Bijgaarden is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager EVCS to develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and activate multi-channel GTM and OEM opportunities in the EV charging sector.

You will own sales targets, build relationships with OEMs and e-mobility partners, collaborate with Market Area and BU, and represent the company at industry events. This role offers a hybrid working model and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven Expert in Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions (EVCS).
• 8–10 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Mandatory EV charging business experience (automotive/utilities/OEMs).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement strategies to activate multi-channel GTM and OEM opportunities in EVCS.
• Define and execute sales targets for EV charging solutions and maximize contracts.
• Drive growth in orders and revenues across new channels and accounts.
• Own customer needs and coordinate with Hager Group functions to resolve issues.
