DRIVECO in Brussels is seeking a Network Development Manager to lead the growth of the Belgian charging network. You will identify, negotiate and secure new locations and build long-term partnerships with real estate and retail players.

You will manage opportunities end-to-end from prospecting through contract signature and commissioning, coordinating with Legal, Investment and Deployment teams. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory, and the role includes a company car and bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields like commercial real estate, property development, asset management or business development.
• Dutch and English are mandatory for this role.

Responsabilités

• Identify, qualify and negotiate new real estate opportunities for DRIVECO charging stations across Belgium.
• Develop and manage a network of decision-makers; secure attractive locations and long-term partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end deals from prospecting to contract signature and commissioning of charging stations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Legal, Investment, Deployment) to ensure feasibility and profitability.
