ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive for CRM Solutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will oversee market success for CRM products, manage a significant portion of the sales cycle, and drive new opportunities with executive relationship management across assigned accounts.

You will collaborate with Solution Consulting, lead client demonstrations, and develop a clear roadmap to deliver outstanding customer experiences while expanding revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution sales, particularly CRM/Customer Engagement.
• Ability to lead complex virtual or matrixed teams.
• Proven ability to establish trusted executive relationships.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development and growth of assigned accounts and pipeline across CRM products.
• Develop a sales strategy and regional plan for your territory.
• Engage with C-suite personas across CRM products and workflows.
• Lead executive discussions and coordinate with Solution Consulting and services teams.
• Present CRM Workflows offerings to prospects, customers, partners, and at events.
