Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Engineer, R&D Digital to lead CTM Solutions initiatives across multiple locations, improving study management and data workflows. You will collaborate with IT, business partners, and vendors to optimize trial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable end-user adoption.

The role emphasizes system integration, training, and change management in a global, hybrid environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical trial execution experience with pharma/medical devices/CRO.
• Proficiency with IT systems, reporting tools, and Office 365.
• Knowledge of GCP and FDA CFR.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement technology improvements for CTM Solutions.
• Assess study-team needs and translate to practical system solutions.
• Support study build, maintenance, and effective use of CTMS and related systems.
• Provide end-user support and manage service tickets.
• Lead efforts to automate workflows with analytics and GenAI while ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Coordinate release management and testing with IT and vendors.
• Create training materials to enable effective system use.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional project work.
