Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an IT Platform Manager, R&D Advanced Computing, to lead Digital Imaging technology platforms across locations in the US and BE. The role can be remote and requires driving strategy, architecture and delivery with cross-functional partners in R&D IT, imaging and data sciences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/CS or related field with 4–6+ years of experience.
Proven ability to lead teams, programs and cross-functional groups.
Experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
Experience with Windows and Linux platforms.
Vendor management and cross-functional/global collaboration experience.
Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Set strategy/roadmaps and lead deployments for Digital Imaging platforms.
Maintain partnerships with business partners across multiple domains.
Identify opportunities and measure success for imaging platform capabilities.
Collaborate across IT and Life Sciences groups to drive value.
Drive the technology stack and cloud capabilities including containerization and AI/ML.
