Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer, R&D Digital to lead and optimize Clinical Trial Management Solutions across multiple countries. You will design and implement system improvements, support trial execution, and collaborate with IT, vendors, and business partners to ensure compliant, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical trial execution, knowledge of CTMS, and strong communication skills. Travel up to 10% and a global mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; health/science/IT field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical trial execution experience in pharma/medical devices/CRO.
• Proficient with IT systems supporting clinical development and data tools.
• Solid understanding of GCPs and FDA CFR.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Global business mindset and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement tech improvements for CTM Solutions.
• Translate study needs into practical system solutions.
• Support study build, maintenance and lifecycle use of CTMS.
• Provide end-user support via tickets and mailboxes.
• Improve workflows with automation, analytics, and GenAI while ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate release management, UAT and integrations with IT and vendors.
• Troubleshoot advanced system issues with IT/vendors.
• Deliver training and reference materials for users.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and projects.
• Support audits and CAPA activities.
