Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an IT Platform Manager for R&D Advanced Computing to guide Digital Imaging platforms across multiple countries. You will lead strategy, partner with diverse business units, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves overseeing deployments, aligning technology with business value, and driving innovation in imaging workflows and cloud-enabled architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or related field; or Master’s degree with equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, programs, projects and apply business acumen to create new opportunities.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and S3.
• Experience with Windows platforms.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Experience working on cross functional and global teams.
• Experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Preferred: experience with visualization technologies; Python, Java, C++, Linux; imaging tech; Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy/roadmaps and lead technology deployments for Digital Imaging platforms including Digital Pathology, Digital Radiology and Clinical Imaging.
• Maintain strong partnerships with business partners across multiple domains.
• Identify opportunities and measure success for Digital Imaging platform capabilities and drive value in IM R&D.
