Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies seeks a senior compliance leader to drive monitoring, testing, and third‑party management across the EMEA region. You will advance transparency reporting, due diligence, and cross‑functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Clinical, and Legal teams.

You will develop risk-based programs, lead auditing initiatives, and oversee data privacy initiatives in EMEA while ensuring alignment with global compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Financial and/or Audit certification preferred.
• 7–12 years of experience in compliance, legal, or related function within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
• Fluency in English and French languages.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, develop, and implement compliances processes regarding the engagement of third party distributors of the company’s products, including the complete due diligence lifecycle of those distributors.
• Develop risk assessment processes related to third party management to support business and compliance initiatives and priorities.
• Lead collaboration with Finance to collect, validate, and report transfer of value data as required by law or industry associations.
• Develop and oversee process and best practices regarding EMEA transparency reporting obligations.
• Provide summary information to business and other stakeholders regarding company transparency disclosures.
• Advise company regarding changes in EMEA transparency reporting requirements and implement processes relating to those changes.
• Lead implementation and maintenance of compliance-related systems in EMEA, including HCP contracting and approval systems, fair market value tools, third-party due diligence platforms, training and reporting systems.
• Partner with legal and business leaders to identify compliance risks and develop and implement practical mitigation strategies.
